Smart staff from the reception. The feel was electric. Experienced front desk staff was able to quickly sort out online payment with Jumia Travels. And then the room...electrifying!! The lighting superb, the cabling system, the AC, the intercom and prompt response to guests..everything was near perfect. I strongly recommend this hotel for business travellers and getaway couples - the serenity and exclusivity is wow. Only thing I missed is a gym...they don't have that.
