About Sesriem, Namibia
Sesriem is a small settlement near the southern end of the Naukluft Mountains in Namibia. It is located in the popular Namib Desert. The settlement got its name from the nearby Sesriem Canyon. Sesriem is popular due to Sesriem Gate, which is the main entry point into the Namib-Naukluft National Park thus access to the famous Sossusvlei.
