Amboseli Lodges and Camps
Most camps and lodges are situated in serene spots within Amboseli National Park so that they blend into the beautiful landscape. Most of these properties combine modern furnishings with traditional architectural designs. One such wildlife lodge is Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge. It has beautifully designed cottages that resemble huts of the Maasai community.
Popular camps include Tortilis Camp situated in one of Amboseli's areas of Acacia woodlands and Kilima Safari Camp next to the Kimana Gate Park entrance. Enjoy a night under canvas, with wildlife animals resting in the nearby woodlands.
Amboseli camps and lodges have modern facilities that make camping a luxurious affair. Some camps take the experience further by offering private verandas from where guests can watch wildlife in the plains. Bush dining in the plains is the other unforgettable safari experience in Amboseli.
Top lodges include Sentrim Amboseli Lodge, which is a lavish tented lodge with a great view of Mount Kilimanjaro. This lodge is close to Kimana gate in Amboseli. Others are AA Lodge Amboseli and Amboseli Sopa Lodge.
