How to Get to Aberdare National Park
Aberdare National Park is easy to get to from Nairobi using the Nyeri route. By air, there is an airstrip in Nyeri, about 50kms away.
Due to the mountainous terrain, the best way to get around the park is in a 4WD vehicle to avoid getting stuck in the mudslide tracks especially during the rainy season.
