Bingerville, Ivory Coast
Bingerville is a city of the Abidjan department in the Lagunes region of Ivory Coast. Bingerville had an estimated population of about 83,105 inhabitants as of 2005. The city originated as a market town, but became the capital of the colony between 1909 and 1934. The city lies on the Ebrie Lagoon and has town such a Grand Bassam, Tiagba, Attecoube, Abidjan and Jacqueville surrounding it.
