The third largest city in Gabon, Lambarene is a fascinating town located in west-central Gabon. The town is located not far from the Ogooue River. It is the capital of the Moyen-Ogooue province and has a population of about 25,500 people. For people coming to the town by air, there is the Lambarene Airport that serves the town.
