Zanzibar Town is the capital of Zanzibar Island. It is located on Unguja Island and is a great Swahili coastal trading town. The city's main industrial products are spices and raffia.
Zanzibar City is also a popular destination for both local and foreign tourists visiting Zanzibar Island. The city is divided into two parts the Stone Town the oldest town on the island and a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Ngambo (meaning the other side) which is close to Stone Town.
