Tejuosho Market is an ultra-modern shopping complex designed and located in the heat of Yaba, in the location of the old Tejuosho Market which was a haphazard arrangement of wooden and metal stalls and shops. The old Tejuosho Market was devastated by fire in 2007.
The new Tejuosho Market has 1,692 shops on four floors, 342 K-Klamps, a children’s area, food court, bar/lounge, promotion courts, advertising space, a massive underground parking lot for more than 350 vehicles, as well as 24hr power with standby generators.
Tejuosho market is the one stop shopping arena for those in the Yaba, Ojuelegba and Surulere axis. It is a closer alternative to the Balogun market. Different items from textiles to books, from cosmetics to children’s toys can be bought in the market. Goods are not the only thing on offer though, services such as printing on fabrics are also rendered in the market.
Tejuosho Shopping Centre is located directly opposite Diamond Bank on Ojuelegba Road in Yaba (near the railway line).
