Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park, even though highly ignored by most tourists on their trip to Victoria Falls, is one of the best tourist destinations in Zambia. It has an area of about 66 square kilometers being home to the Victoria Falls on the Zambian side. The Victoria Falls National Park is opposite the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park in the Zimbabwean side.

For wildlife viewing, enjoy a game drive in the park and view animals such as buffalo, rhino, wildebeest, zebra, waterbuck, kudu, puku, impala, bushbuck, warthog, baboon, vervet monkey, giraffe, warthog, and elephants. The park is actively engaged in protecting the 5 white rhinos. Since there aren't predators in the park, you'll find that most animals are quite relaxed hence photogenic.
It is also a great birding site due to the many bird species available.
Other than game drives, tourists to Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park can enjoy safari walks with an armed guide as well as canoeing on the river.
Daily park fees are valid from 6:00AM to 6:00 PM; Children are ages 5 years to 13 years.
