Mida Creek is one of the popular tourist destinations in Watamu, Kenya. The tidal inlet, together with the Arabuko Sokoke Forest forms a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Mida Creek is a recognised bird area and an important feeeding area for sea turtles.

Some of the marine flora to be spotted are 11 seagrass and 33 seaweed species alongside 9 species of mangrove. The fish species here depend on the sediments trapped by the seagrass and mangrove for feeding. The fish that are found here include Jacks, Snappers, Groupers, Rabbit Fish, Parrotfish, Emperors, and Barracuda.
