Kakum National Park is the most visited and one of the most popular tourist attractions in Ghana. The 30 and 40m high canopy walkway suspended between trees is an excellent attraction in the park, here you can see different species of birds and butterflies, also from the canopy walkway, the structure of the forest canopy can be appreciated. The Sun bird Trail is another attraction in the park, it incorporates the rainforest, the secondary forest and a pond environment for visitors to watch birds. A few features in the park are Komfo Boateng's Shrine, a circular rock near Aboabo, Albizia furruginea, Ricinodendron heudelotii, and Kakum Conservation Tree House.
