Jumia Travel hosts first hotel management workshop

Travel.Jumia.com, Africa’s No.1 hotel booking portal held its first hotel management and customer relationship training tagged, “CUSTOMER SERVICE…EVERYONE’S RESPONSIBILITY, EVERYTIME” on the 11th of July 2015 in Yaba, Lagos.

The workshop which empowered reception and front desk personnel with vital career   skills had over fifty participants in attendance and was facilitated by professionals in the hospitality industry.
